Clean and well equipped room. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Functional bathroom with excellent water pressure and hot water. Quiet room. Non-smoking. Metro station just outside the hotel. Staff helpful and very efficient. Would not hesitate to recommend. Looking forward for the next stay.

Although it is 20 minutes from city centre by subway but it is still very convenient because the subway is just Infront of the hotel and you can easily excess to any by the subway. It is very clean and the staffs can speak English easy to communicate. The only downside is some of the room no kettle provided so you must take note when you booking.

I had a very comfortable stay at Starhotels Tourist Milan. The rooms were neat, clean, and well-maintained. A special thanks to Mr. Manuel and Mr. Matteo from the hotel staff — they were incredibly supportive throughout my stay and went out of their way to assist me, including helping with a late check-out. The location is also excellent, with the subway station nearby, making travel around Milan very convenient. Highly recommended for a pleasant and hassle-free stay!

Rooms were excellent. The hotel looks premium and feels that way too, and the proximity to the metro train system is a huge bonus. We enjoyed our short stay at Star Hotels Tourist.

The place is great and conveniently located next to a train station. The food and drinks at the bar were fantastic. Max and Stefano from the bar/restaurant are great individuals that made us feel at home. They both went above and beyond in conversation, travel tips, and some excellent personalized cocktails. Happy to go back next time.

Currently staying in this hotel. It is like a sauna (at least 28 degrees in the room) because they turned off the airco centrally. In a 4 star hotel you should be able to decide yourself what temperature your like to have.

Though location is not in the city, the hotel is next to a Metro. Rooms are dated. Toilets is clean and well-kept.Stefano the front desk guy was helpful and great. He understood the guest needs.
