I'm writing this review so that everyone looking to get involved with them can make informed decisions. I'm most likely wasting my breath, but I also want the agency and the recruiters to realize that every decision and every mistake they make, impacts real people.

Was offered employment to "Company A", through this agency. Early into the process everyone that I personally dealt with at Planet Pharma didn't leave me feeling confident in their competence.

I received an offer and made it through the companies prerequisites. Even after all of the red flags of the recruiter/agencies bad communication, I was still eager to start. The offer's compensation seemed good and the work aligned to my skills.

A week into the new role and I was already dealing with big issues regarding the terms of work. The offer my recruiter presented to me, and got me excited about, was completely invalid and not at all how "Company A" envisioned our terms, or how they would structure terms for any of their other employees.

The recruiter I worked with, failed to resolve new and ongoing issues, failed to provide alternative solutions, failed to provide me with important details or simply fabricated information. I completely regret my time involved with this agency and wish I didn't sign anything without first reviewing the details of the offer with "Company A".

Mistakes based around misinformation can changes lives in a significant way. If you can't get details correct when it's your entire job to do so, then you set people up for a big fall when they uncover that everything they've been told has been false.

Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this agency. Their incompetence turned what should have been an exciting opportunity into a nightmare of misinformation and broken promises. Don't let their lack of attention to detail, derail your career aspirations.

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with this agency. The experience was nothing short of disappointing. Communication was so baf. Despite multiple attempts to follow up via email and phone calls, I heard nothing back. It was incredibly frustrating and disrespectful to be left in the darı without any from of communication. The lack of communication, unprofessionalism and misleading job advertisements are unacceptable. I would strongly advise against engaging with this recruitment agency, as they have proven themselves to be unreliable and untrustworthy.

Sie haben versucht mich für eine Stelle anzuwerben, bis ich geschildert habe, dass sie mich bereits bei einer vorherigen Bewerbung abgelehnt hatten. Ab da wollten sie nochmal nachfragen, ob es stimmt und sich nochmal bei mir melden. Nach 2 Tagen, nach dem angeblich kommenden Anruf, habe ich angerufen und festgestellt, dass meine Nummer blockiert wurde. Absolute Frechheit und einfach nur unprofessionell!

I have worked with multiple staffing agencies over the last 3 years. This was by far my worst experience and I would not recommend this agency to anyone I know. The communication between the agency and employer is non existent to the point the employer was asking me questions to relay to the agency. Pay was incorrect(was fixed in a timely manner however). Time sheets were rejected weekly despite following instructions given….then a new set of instructions were given after that rejection week after week. Policies required from the employer are not known and not relayed to the employee prior to signing on.

Jordan Gush, "National Recruiter" contacted me on Indeed and then through my personal email to schedule a phone interview that lasted less then 5 minutes. He started with screening questions then he violated HIPPA rules buy asking me if I was fully Covid vaccinated. When I said "no" he immediately told me that the position he was offering with TEVA Pharmaceuticals was put on hold. I never had headhunters in high regard and after this interview joke, now even less. Headhunters just want their commission and could not care less what kind of dead end contract job they are offering you like the best deal on Earth. Sure... I will get fully vaccinated for a 5 month contract with no insurance or job security! What a joke!

Hands down, one of THE.WORST. agencies I've ever encountered, from the recruiters allllllll the way up to the sorry excuses for the executives. The HR Manager acts and talks like a silly little Valley Girl (in Illinois? Come on...) and takes ZERO accountability for anything in her department. But, since the executives are alllllll asleep at the wheel, she gets away with it. Will never do business with this place again!
