Great sandwiches! I go by during my lunch to pick some up and they’re always so good. Never disappoint. I do have to ask for extra meat sometimes since they don’t stack it like other delis. But if that doesn’t bother you, it’s no biggie. Thanks guys!

Great service, good food, quality and service is amazing. We had the tuna salad and it was delicious. They have a store as well where you can find all kinds of liquor, food and snacks. We will definitely come back!

Me and my partner were visiting on holiday and decided to stop by this place to pick up sandwiches for the rest of our day. We were very pleasantly surprised! Great food, large and very filling portions!
The staff were very nice and welcoming.
We'll definitely consider going here again!

Really cool Italian deli/grocery/coffee shop with incredible selection of foods, alcohol, coffee, beverages, sandwiches etc. Service is fast and friendly, atmosphere is wonderful, and Sutter St. location is very convenient in the Japantown area.

This place was so cool! Me and my friends went here to film an interview together and nobody really minded! It was really cozy and we bought some snacks at a reasonable price! Overall this place was amazing. Would definitely recommend it.

If you’re walking past this small joint, don’t skip it! By far the best Italian sandwich I have ever had. Staff is friendly and prices are reasonable for how big the sandwich is.

Wanted a sandwich and this showed up as one of the best delis in SF.

They are open early and late so quite convenient. Also decent location(s).

Sandwiches are around ~16-17$ and are good size. I got a sandwich and while not my favorite, it was good and hit the spot.

Only giving it 4 stars because I didn't find a sandwich I love after first try, which is expected. Normally, italian style sandwiches with just oil+vinegar are a bit dry but this one was decent. Still should have trusted my gut and gone with one with mayo.

Authentic Italian shop, paid $18 for a sandwich, which is expected in SF. What I didn’t expect were the indifferent workers with worse manners than most of the homeless people outside, who enjoy inflicting it on others. After I ordered, it Took them 40 minutes to make a sandwich.The sandwich is disappointing, would rather go to Whole Foods, All of the ingredients from Italy or Europe, you could find at whole any specialty wholesaler, to make your own sandwiches for high quality and lower price, and without rude indifferent workers more interested in ruminating than the customers who go there. I could understand if more time is taken for quality but the quality was average, they just don’t know how to work efficiently or that they should start making the food once the customer ordered. They sandwich makers and cashier would halt taking orders or customers asking question, making a sandwich to crack jokes among each other, I think that should be done on their time. Also some people get their orders done before others, including myself. It’s a unique way to treat customers.
