I love this place. Been coming here since the 90’s. The food, service and charm are what bring me back. If you want to experience a piece of true SF come here. This place has fed and delighted countless families, lovers, old friends, neighbors and visitors. Places like this cannot be replicated. Treat yourself….

Really neat little restaurant in a great neighborhood of SF. The tables are intimate and the atmosphere is lively. The service and presentation was excellent and the food tasty. We ordered an assortment of mezze and it was perfect for two people. Great for dates! There is quite a lot of vegan options and more dessert options than most, desert was homemade and fresh.

We are here pretty regularly. It's nice to have staff recognize and want to come talk with us while here. The food is consistently good, and the prices still reasonable. Good food good service and friendly people. What more can you ask for?

All time favorite place to eat in Berkeley. Really delicious Armenian food. Highly recommend the meze plate!

Really disappointed in the food I ordered for takeout. Got the Middle Eastern Plate (Vegetarian) and for $23 it’s really an incredibly small amount of food. One tiny piece of falafel, and it’s the driest and least flavorful falafel I’ve ever eaten. Really horrible. Do not recommend.

Really great food overall!! I had some of the sampler platter and the quiche of the day. No complaints from my friends who had other dishes (e.g. lamb lule and lamb shawarma).

Service is slow and we didn’t get water refilled. Also vegetarians/vegans should be aware that the menu photos uploaded by the restaurant are misleading - the plant-based meat options (vegan kibbeh, kafta, and shawarma) are only available at the Fillmore location. I came here specifically to try those so even though the other veg options were good I have to deduct a couple of stars.
