Dr. Beshai is a consummate professional from start to finish. He cares about his patients and it is evident with the time he takes to explain and to listen. I have had two ablations and one cardioversion by Dr. Beshai and was completely confident in the skill and experience he exhibits.

18 months ago I found Dr. Beshai online (by reading the Google reviews here) and I am so glad I did!

He runs his own practice rather than being part of a huge medical firm with offices all over the valley -- meaning you get personal, one-on-one care. He is by far the best of 5 cardiology MDs I have seen over the years, and I refer him to friends (who now see him).

After paramedics took me to the ER in San Francisco during a severe episode of Afib, I began calling Phoenix to line up care as soon as I returned. His staff got me in to be seen very quickly, and Dr. Beshai took time to explain in great detail all my options and how we could proceed. At every step he has been the reassuring and knowledgeable presence that helped reduce any anxiety that might arise. When I landed in the hospital with another complication he actually called me on his cell from dinner out with his family. No other doctor has ever done that!

Insurance companies alone can practically give you a heart attack with all their complications and denials. But his team are experts at navigating the insurance maze to get procedures authorized quickly.

Dr. Bashai saved my life by refusing to operate on me. I was referred to Dr. Bashai by my cardiologist after two angeograms and experiencing severe a-fib. The hospital doctors recommended to have an ablation immediately but Dr. Bashai decided to monitor first and get to understand my condition. He felt that the cause of my a-fib was inflamation in my arteries, and if we solved the issue then the a-fib would subside. I was scheduled for ablation twice. He called me a few days prior to cancel; he felt it was too risky in my condition. After starting treatment of steroids and biological infusions we were able to control the inflamation (vasculitis) and guess what? Dr. Bashai was right! The a-fib is no longer an issue. A year and a half later, I am here to write that I am still doing well! I would highly recommend seeing him. He is a great physician, extremely knowledgeable, smart, and most importantly he works with the highest integrity. Thank you, Dr. Bashai!

I found this place initially through my insurance but chose it based on the reviews here. Dr. Beshai and all the staff are truly phenomenal. The level of care and detail is far and beyond what I have experienced in any other medical setting. My PCP wanted me to see a cardiologist after seeing my EKG results. Both my parents have and have had major and devastating heart issues - so was rather concerned and anxious at first. Thankfully all ended up being well and fine with my heart and can feel very confident about it because of the level of detail and thoroughness that went into investigating. Furthermore, I am very grateful for the fact that Dr. Beshai asked me at least twice whether my thyroid was alright. The fact that it was asked more than once made me pause and second guess - I eventually went to my PCP to test it further and lo and behold I just found out that I actually do have autoimmune thyroiditis. It is quite a revelation and know for a fact it would have taken much longer to learn about had this unexpected detail not been asked. Many many thanks, and I truly can’t recommend enough.

Very well organized and friendly. Each person knew what exactly to do before turning over to the next in the team. Very friendly atmosphere and excellent communication about each step in the process. I have had two operations performed here and both were successful and care was taken to inform me of a potential problems before my exit.

I went to a different EP previously and was given grim outlooks anyway I'd go. What a dicotomy in offices! Previous office was hectic, felt like a number, rushed and so corporate!
It was a scary time for me, a hiker, clean eater, non smoker, rarely drink to have been given a diagnosis. Never have taken a drug in my life, to be faced with this!?
HRI, Heart Rhythm Institute was calm, welcoming and happy. His staff were and are wonderful.
In this culture we have become suspicious and untrusting of our health care providers, rightly so! Dr. B brings hope back to medicine. I loved going to a provider where you feel you have a mutual respect for eachother. I had an ablation 5 months ago and pray I stay in NSR.
Dr. B is kind, honest, ethical and patient.

Dr Beshai is amazing! He surgically fixed my svt when another Dr couldn’t. Dr Beshai and his staff took exceptional care of me while I was pregnant and became high risk. Things I like best about this office everyone is always very attentive, you never have to wait, the staff is so smart and helpful, they have excellent protocols for short term disability needs. Most important Dr Beshai is a great Dr and he really cares about fixing your heart he has excellent bedside manner.
