Un allestimento che più squallido e meno confortevole non avrebbe potuto essere. La stanza a pian terreno con finestra sul marciapiede e quindi affacciata sulla via Pisana, trafficatissima, anche di mezzi pubblici. Nella camera, un letto ad una piazza e mezza,un comodino senza abat jour, un tavolinetto e un armadio a tre ante della qualità piu bassa. Nessun cestino per i rifiuti. Un'unica fonte di luce comandata dall'interruttore a muro a fianco della porta. Un unico cuscino molto piccolo, mollo e vuoto. Bagno esterno con una puzza di fogna da stordire. Da evitare.

Stanza non molto grande, servirebbe maggiore manutenzione e attenzione nei dettagli. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Non molto lontana dal centro, a piedi sono un circa 25min. Buona pulizia, ma si potrebbe far meglio.

Check in effettuato con semplicità e anche con qualche minuto di anticipo. La camera è ok, bagno un po' piccolo e con qualche macchia che potrebbe essere pulita meglio.
Sufficiente anche se il prezzo a mio parere è un po' alto per il servizio offerto.

Airbnb is close to the tram so it is easy to get to the city centre via tram, rooms and services are good, however, my parents had a bigger bathroom than the room I shared with my sibling but everything was clean and tidy, location wise, it is more like a regular house instead of a hotel so it is easy to walk past without a map like Google Maps. It kind of felt a bit more like a student house or one of the houses in Oxford.

A nice place to lay your head, a bit of a walk from the city centre. Check in was very easy and I felt extremely safe both in the appartments and when walking to and from. I felt confident leaving my belongings behind without fear of anyone getting into my stuff which is a bonus. The bed was good for me, firm, but I always think think two pillows should be provided regardless of the bed size.

Private bathroom was a luxury to have in a B&B (There is only the first B at this one, no breakfast), but the configuration was odd and having a shower was not comfortable and a lot of clean up (if you are taller than me, 5’8” you might find it even more awkward).

Overall I enjoyed my stay, however the last night was a bit hellish. I had a 4:30am wake-up, so I went to sleep around 10pm I was woken up 3 times over the next 4 hours with one group coming home and then two check in’s one of them at very, very early hours. When the door unlocks the buzzing from door is extremely loud and then added to that the host will be instructing the guests where to go over the phone and both times the guest had them on loud speaker and spoke at a loud volume to communicate. It meant I did not get much sleep as I waited for them to finish their conversation and enter their rooms. Unfortunately I think I was just unlucky with my room allocation but If it had happened night one I wouldn’t have stayed.

Bonne chambre à prix réduit pour séjourner à Florence. Nous y sommes restés 2 nuits dans la chambre Deluxe (les autres n'ont pas de salle de bain). Un petit peu loin du centre, ce qui nous forçait un peu à nous organiser en fonction du temps de trajet.

Está bastante lejos del centro. La habitación no está mal, tiene aire acondicionado pero no me ha gustado que está a ras de suelo y por la ventana se ve pasar a gente. Lo peor es que el baño está fuera y tiene una llave aparte por lo que hay que salir y entrar de la habitación todo el tiempo. Si se te olvida el código de 6 cifras que necesitas para entrar a la habitación estás bien fastidiado... simplemente por salir al baño, lo digo por experiencia propia. El baño es lo peor, pues la ducha no está separada sino integrada en el suelo del baño y se moja absolutamente todo el baño a la hora de ducharse. Húmedo y sin una mínima pendiente que evacúe el agua... no volveré.

Costumer service was the worst, trying to scam me to pay extra fees for late “arrival” even though I have done online check in two days prior to my arrival and they didn’t send me the room entry details on time and I had to chase them to send me the details.When refused to pay the extra fees that are not mentioned in the policy, the customer service told me that if I have any problem with my room they aren’t going to offer any assistance unless I pay the extra fees.The room has mold on the walls and there is no rubbish basket in the room and nor a mirror.It says private bathroom but it doesn’t mention in the description that it’s outside the room, in a corridor where there are other rooms so it’s not really private.There is no shower cabin and there is a small towel on the floor to block the water which certainly was not helping.
