Wellingborough f hinds has a very good group of employees. I have purchased several watches from them over the years and every time the staff are very informative and helpful. They even offer a service to order the watch into store to try on with no obligation to buy.

Ordered online for collection in store. Email confirmation said that someone from the store would contact me to say when the items were ready for collection. I had to email and chase myself, nearly missed out by having my items returned and a promotion I was buying them under ending.

No issues with the store in anyway just the automated system you use

Really helpful today. Rachel assisted me. Not everyday your buying jewelry, this was a special occasion and Rachel made it really easy to understand what I was buying and helped with all my questions. Made me much less nervous( I went to a different store first and had a bad experience - Rachel calmed my nerves when i came into this store though)

I bought a watch in November 2024 and in January 2025 returned it as the buckle on the strap broke. I was told that the strap wasn't covered by the guarantee nor apparently were my consumer rights as they would not replace it. I had to buy a new strap.
