Had an amazing experience at F&T Respiratory Care. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. They explained every step of the treatment clearly, making us feel comfortable and supported throughout. Highly recommend!!!

Update: Love, love, LOVE this place! I have crappie insurance that sent me to GatesCo. (-1 star service) Then they sent me to One Source Medical Solutions. (3 star service) The representative couldn't even answer simple questions. Despite my insurance sending me elsewhere for free replacement parts, I'm paying out of pocket to continue coming to F & T! Flor goes above and beyond! She even printed out instructions for my machine that GatesCo failed to do. They really are helping improve my quality of life here!

Absolutely recommend coming here! Flor was amazing explaining everything I need to know about my machine. She took the time to make sure I was fitted with the right sized mask, and ensured I was able to put it on myself. They also give a great discount for people having to pay out of pocket like me. I will definitely be coming back to this location for any replacement parts. Thanks again for all your help!

F&T saved my baby’s life last year 😭💕 I’m so grateful to have them, my baby got RSV last year and F&T was there to help me with my baby’s sickness. They were so helpful with any questions I had and made it so easy for me to care for my child at home. Would highly recommend them 1,000 times over!

I am a touring professional, with sleep apnea. My mask separated during my visit to Dallas, and the staff took excellent care of me and my needs. Flor even changed my life suggesting heated tubing, which my local supplier never told me was an option. I have decided I will now continue to use Flor and her team for ALL of my needs, including purchasing a new machine. Thank you Flor for the amazing service.

I was just in town traveling and urgently needed new CPAP parts. Tuang was super helpful and grabbed everything I needed. The prices were same as online and he even gave me some distilled water to take with. Would highly recommend!

Amazing customer service! Supplies can get pretty pricey, and they always give me my best options. They are always quick to respond and never double book customers. Flor makes sure to give you enough time to explain every piece of equipment along with any questions you may have. You will not find a better respiratory supply company than F & T Respiratory Care.
