Arrived Saturday hours before my delivery appointment and was put into a dock immediately. Then, it is done within 30 minutes. I had 0 issues and was grateful for their professionalism. Thanks

Slow loading will make you late for delivery. Also docks are real tight easy place to get hit. Sometimes drop the trailer but even then might get back to find your trailer smashed.

Appointment was at 12 pm . Got loaded around 2:30 .. have to drop your trailer on dock , cause of not enough space. Everything else was good

I have worked at this company for over 5 years at a process technician. When I brought up racial discrimination, they ignored my complaints twice( one in writing) never interviewed me, and terminated me. I'm currently in the process of getting permission from eeoc and mcad to sue. If you are English speaking, you should meet with a lawyer before starting here. This place is a legal nightmare but also a goldmine if you have the resources to fight back.

Got here a half hour before my appointment and stay on the phone to check in on hold for 45 minutes then wait for. A 1.5 hours to get a dock they have me take dock seven. And I have to put my truck in the weeds in order to try to get in the dock it is very tight to hit the docks Ripped off mud flap right side in the weeds then have to but the deer bar all up in the weeds to to get straight to the dock You can’t stay hook you have to drop and go down the street to wait so you don’t have any way to see if they are there working on it now just a waiting game

Place is a joke told me to back in door 3 then told me system is down and I need to leave very hard backing a 53 f trailer here truckers plz avoid

Drivers, if you picking up from this business- be very patient. You will spend here atleast 4 hours after your appointment time.
Also, some dock doors are difficult to park a trailer. Communication with a shipping department only over a phone. All # you can find on a wall next to shipping door. Good luck, fellas!

I had a great experience here. The lady that checked me in was very nice. Super fast to get loaded. My appointment was 11am, I checked in at 8:30and and they were done with my trailer at 9:15am. I can't complain at all. Good luck to you all.
