Its amazing and they have quick response on any question you have, i accidently purchase something and use the wrong address it was just less than an hr. when they helped and change the address to the right one so my items could deliver in the right place. Purchased a Taco Resilient mount motor with saddle. When I order it, I was transferred over to their tech support Adam to confirm that the motor I was purchasing looked just like the picture with its saddle. When it arrived, it showed up without the saddle.
When I call back, and spoke with the Tech, he was adamant about the part number that I had ordered. He stated that the part number I had order was just for the motor.
When the skew number is entered, the motor with the saddle pops up on the screen. So, when I ordered the unit, why was I not advice to read the fine print under the picture or told "NO It does not look like the picture". Now it is an issue of he said/I said. Very misleading! Be Careful.

This was my first experience with Blackhawk though I have been in HVAC for a long time. A colleague introduced them to me. They had material in stock that was not available from OEM. The team at Blackhawk was professional and provided great communication on our order. When we needed to drastically improve our delivery time, Blackhawk made three things happen- they put me in touch with Rachel immediately, no hesitation the team knew I needed help and put me with Rachel. She listened to what I needed, offered some possible options and then very soon-20 minutes- emailed me three shipment options with pricing. Then she made sure our chosen option was put into play and had our valves delivered the next day. Great service, great attitude, great communication. Thank you! You saved our job!
