Great store! A couple of great and normal salesman. Both from the Midwest (Sioux falls, SD and Chicago,IL). I got a cool polo which their sales pitch was “never limp collars”! Fantastic and they served us up a cold beer.

I bought a pair of shorts from the Scottsdale Quarter location 2 days ago. I don’t even try them on , they didn’t have the color or size I wanted. I was given a pair that came out of plastic bag and not on display. Didn’t even have the tags on. I went home and did not wear them, I actually hadn’t even tried that pair on. I decided that I settled for a pair I didn’t want. I tried to return them on the evening of 12/8 and was denied.

That woman was very nasty and said that’s not how we sold them to you and you cannot return them. Purchased 2 days ago. I didn’t wear them. I wanted another color that wasn’t in stock.

She said they had stains. I didn’t wear them or try them on. They gave them to me out of bag. She was beyond condensing.

I've had a pair of their shorts for years and stumbled upon their new store in the Quarter! The staff is hilarious and matches up to the ads I see on social media. They always have cool designs on the shorts and for the price you cannot beat the comfort level the clothing provides. I'll be back!

Have tried multiple time to visit this store. The first time they had a sign on the door they were opening an hour later than advertised online. The second time was two hours before their online closing time and they were closed (on a Sat). The third time the store was closed for a private event on a Sunday but there was no sign on the door the day before providing any warning. There is no published phone number to call in advance to ask about current hours. It seems management does not really care about their customers or the value of their customers time.

Bought from Scottsdale store and the guys asked for my phone number to send receipt. Never got it, but when I wanted to return a week later store got temporary closure notice on. Emailed multiple times to birdsongs asking to send return label and never heard back

This place and there shorts are awesome. Now I can finally go commando and I have shorts that fit my waist and theighs and arent to long. I am a short and stocky guy and these are my new favorite shorts. Already got 2 pairs and will definately be getting more.

GREAT STORE! Very very helpful staff! Went above and beyond. I had a raging headache and looking for a place to get Motrin. they gave me Motrin and water! Love them and my new bird dog shorts.

Great store. First, Birddog shorts are incredibly comfortable, as are the sweats and joggers. Every time I go in to this location the entire staff is fun and very helpful, but never pushy. 5 stars.
