The staff is very accommodating. We has so much fun browsing there collection. My husband is checking our their silver dollars and the staff is very accommodating and let us see all the little things we want to check out from their glass displays. If you are one of those who likes antique pieces this is a place you'll diffinatlely check out when in town.

I was wanting to pawn my dewalt cordless drill, battery and charger the younger guy with the blonde mullet tells me $15 and refused to give me $20 after promising him I would be back to get it so I went to Bestpawn and without a second guess he told me $20 so fni you just lost me as a customer I will never step foot in that place again.

I went in with two brand new American Bass XFL’s new models. (1500rms) Verified when I bought them and what I paid as I have an account. Never been hooked to power. Spider suspensions still stiff as a rock. Didn’t even bother testing them or anything. They are $450 brand new without any sales going on the site. I was asking $300 and he said $120 for both. Then would’ve put them on the shelf for at least $400. Literally felt disrespected by that offer. Ridiculous. Never going to see my face again.

Rude AF, lazy as hell, couldn't be bothered in the least to answer a question, and treated me like I was stupid. The place smells like an ashtray, jewelry at top price isn't real stones. WAY overpriced junk...actual junk. Bought everything I was looking for cheaper and brand new from Walmart. Great place for running off customers.

My dad, a retired Marine, went in and was ignored at first, then when he asked for specific ammo, they treated him like he was a dumba$$ and mocked him like he didn't know what he was talking about. They were so rude and disrespectful. I regret taking him anywhere near there. Totally broke my heart and ruined my nice day.
