I think customer service is just a thing of the past. I write this because I've been disappointed by 2 businesses in 2 days.

Me: 5 days ago, can I return a QT of green primer for a white QT.

Owner: as nice as could be, yes sir I'll charge you the shipping and get it out today and you can just return the green to me.

Me: EXCELLENT thank you, I'm off this weekend and need it to finish before returning to work and being busy the next month.

Today, 5 days later, called to see where it was because the shipping email still only said, shipping label created awaiting drop-off at USPS.

Owner, well I don't know what happened I can't find any record of the label or anything, I sent it out today.

Me: 🤨💁🏼‍♂️
