Dr. Lin was kind and explained the steps he'd take to help my mother with her severe ear infection. He has great bedside manner and listens to your issues. The entire office staff was very welcoming. He advised us if the pain returned to not hesitate to come back. Definitely recommend Dr. Lin to anyone needing an ENT.

In the last few years I’ve increasingly had various issues and events in my ear(s). Dr Lin has been super helpful each time and helped relieve the pain associated with these events. At times when I could not get an appointment quickly, I have tried other doctors and ENT’s with the hopes of relieving the pain. Each time the other doctors have been incorrect in their assessment/ diagnosis and I have still had to see Dr Lin to help. Thanks so much for all you do!

Refused to see new patients paying out of pocket. I am also close to going deaf in my right ear and this was the soonest someone could see me without having to wait over a week. But Save your time. If you have an emergency go elsewhere. Will also be reporting to appropriate offices. They even hung up on us while we were waiting on the phone. Never EVER received such horrible treatment from an ENT office before. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH DR. LIN.
Dr. Lin was able to see me after a few scheduling calls. My experience with him was excellent and his thoroughness and communication skills are some of the best I've experienced in the Healthcare industry.
I changed my rating to 4 stars based upon my time with Dr. Lin. This would be a 5 star review if scheduling my appointment with Dr. Lin was matched with my experience with him.
I suspect Dr. Lin will ensure the scheduling experience will rise to the level of service he gives to his patients in the future.

SCHEDULING EXPERIENCE BEFORE MEETING WITH DR. LIN.
After all the positive reviews of Dr. Lin, I was delighted to get an appointment for a clogged inner ear that an urgent care doc confirmed.
At the end of a 10 minute phone call collecting my information, I was informed Dr. Lin required me to get a hearing test from one of his colleagues if I hadn't had a hearing test in the last six months.
I assured the caller it wasn't a hearing issue, I just needed a consult and some care for my inner ear.
The bottom line was if I refused the hearing test, Dr. Lin would not provide care.
It appears, although I may be wrong, that the good doctor, or the practice he belongs to, places revenue over care.
I'm sure Dr. Lin might feel different, but his bookers represent him and just I judge the good doctor by my experience.
I would have told him directly, but I never saw him.
I WAS given an appointment with him and his colleague after resigning to the fact that this is the only way to see him and thought I might negotiate the hearing test when we talked an he examined the issue.
Never got that chance because two hours after the appt was booked, I received a cancelation email.
There are plenty of ENTs out there, consider opting for another, that is, unless you're looking for a hearing test.

Today I was seen by Dr Kenny Lin and his assistant Tammy.
I was so pleased with their passion, listening skill, knowledge, and professionalism. I had a great day, God put these people on my path to feel His love for me. Dr Lin brought Dr Omar in to give me the best option of treatment. I admire Dr Lin’s devotion, honesty and knowledge.praise the Lord.

I been having pain in my ear since December 9th, 2021. Dr.Lin got me in same day. Performed a eardrum cut from my pressure ear. It was so inflamed that the numbing didn’t work, he told me after the surgery was completed. Thank god he did because I would of ran out and said NO THANKS! Im go grateful for him, I could kiss him. My ear is still draining and its feel so much better. Thank you Thank you. I owe you my life and probably bout $700 too. Im happy to pay ?
