If I could give 0 stars I would. I used them for my new company created this year. I’m having to pay them for just an inconvenience in my life. They said they were very comfortable with doing taxes for my side of work. Let me say they definitely weren’t. They make you do half the stuff you pay them for. I went through someone else they got it done in a day. Plus it was so much more simpler. If you do anything traveling would recommend skipping this firm. Realistically if you want a peace of mind don’t go through them.

I have used them for 2 years and it took forever to get things done. I dread it everytime I have to reach out to them because they come off so much like I’m a waste of their time and beneath them. Like me trying to grow my business isn’t worth their time because it’s in its early stages. I had to go to their office to get someone to talk to me. I only used them or even heard about them was because of Dave Ramsey, which I’m not using his references anymore based off this experience! I feel like tax planning is hard enough without all the uncomfortableness. This isn’t a good fit for me personally & I Do not recommend them.

Great service and methods of communication with their Portal and also timely responses via email (or phone if you need that, I'm always able to get ahold of them that way too). My husband started a new venture last year and they helped us with putting together everything for taxes in a really easy way. We've been using F & F for years now, but recently needed them more for our new business, and I am so glad they are our accountants. Highly recommend.

I have used them for two years. Both times it took forever to get things done. This past year, I gave them my tax info in February. I didn't get it finished until September. Communication was so difficult with them that I had to go to there office to get someone to talk to me. I decided to use them, because they were recommended on Dave Ramsey's website. I eventually told them I was going to email Dave Ramsey. I guess that was the magic words, because the next day my taxes were finished. Do not use them. Please take your business elsewhere.

If you're looking for any help with your finances, I highly recommend calling this office. I'm a recent college grad and elementary teacher, taking the first steps in my journey toward financial freedom. The entire staff at F&F Accounting has already helped me a great deal in beginning to establish myself financially. They are quick to respond to emails, they work hard to accommodate my school-day hours when scheduling appointments, and they've helped answer any and all of my questions thoroughly and graciously. I'm so happy to have begun a relationship with an agency I know will support me all the way through this journey!

Used them for two years and they failed to update my withholdings both years. After it happened the first time they "corrected the issue." They also said that they would set up a repayment plan which I SIGNED FOR. Then I get hit with late notices. In order to stop the nonsense I had to pull funds from my WEDDING FUND for a wedding that was in two months. This year, it was the same thing. Nothing changed on my salary from the year before. They don't communicate at all, you have to constantly nag them to get a response and usually that response is "I'll look into it" and then nothing until you complain again. I would not suggest anyone use them and I was extremely disappointed in the way they handled the situation.

This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. First they caused a delay in paperwork preventing me from being able to create a payment arrangement in a timely manner. Then, they were to make the arrangement for me at no cost to make it up to me. It was never done. Now I find out another mistake has been made due to their negligence and was told it was taken care of prior to me contacting them. They sent proof this was done. However, the form was late and it wasn't sent in until two days AFTER it was due. Never do business with these people. Chris is a condescending jerk as well. He doesn't want to take the blame.

Unfortunately, I was not impressed with my experience. A few years ago, they told us we didn’t have enough deductions to itemize. I knew enough that there was NO WAY that was correct so we sat there while they hurriedly recomputed everything. But I’m not an expert (that’s why I pay a professional) and deductions we could’ve taken they neglected to tell us about. We did our taxes the next year with them too (another less than stellar experience, but I won’t elaborate for brevity) and they said they weren’t obligated to tell us, but they did offer to file a correction (which I declined to not be a bother). H & R Block actually would say they’d get you your biggest refund, just sayin’. Maybe the new tax changes will prevent this kind of rush job in the future.
When you pay for a professional service rendered, you expect a job done better than you could do it yourself. My experience with F & F caused me to do the job myself (with some volunteer help). I’m confident the best job is done and I save a significant amount of money. Dave Ramsey would be proud!
